Create Album
GalleryOrganize your photos in albums – e.g., 'Civil Ceremony', 'Party', or 'Guest Photos'. Each album has its own upload, download, and moderation settings.
Where do I find this?
Sidebar > Gallery > Albums
Step by Step
- 1Click 'Gallery' in the sidebar
- 2Click 'Create Album'
- 3Enter a title (e.g., 'Ceremony', 'Party', 'After-Wedding')
- 4Optional: Enable guest uploads (Standard+)
- 5Optional: Enable moderation for guest uploads
- 6Optional: Enable album download and single download
- 7Optional: Set visibility (Visible/Hidden)
- 8Optional: Add a video link (YouTube/Vimeo)
- 9Click 'Create'
- 10After creation: Click the album for the detail panel
- 11In detail panel > 'Settings' tab: edit description, event assignment, token-required uploads (Pro), and more
Tips
- You can have multiple albums (e.g., Engagement, Save the Date, Wedding)
- Hidden albums are only visible to you
- Guest uploads and moderation can also be enabled later
- Event assignment: Assign an album to specific events (for multi-event weddings). Without assignment, it applies to all events
- Token-required upload (Pro): Guests need their personal token to upload, not just the general album link
