Media Library

Central page for all media: upload, sorting, drag-and-drop ordering, approvals, moderation, and downloads across all albums.

Where do I find this?

Sidebar > Gallery > Media Library

Step by Step

1Open 'Gallery' in the sidebar, then 'Media Library'
2Pick an album using the tabs at the top to work on its media
3Your plan's photo limit is shown above (e.g., '45/100 photos')
4Upload: Drag files into the upload zone or click to select
5Sort: Drag cards by handle (drag-and-drop) or use arrows, then 'Save order'
6Filter: All / Pending / Approved / Rejected
7Moderation: Approve/reject per image or bulk: 'Approve all' / 'Reject all'
8Delete: Delete rejected media in bulk ('Delete all rejected')
9Download: Single via icon or select multiple via checkboxes > 'Download selection' (as ZIP)
10Lightbox: Click an image for fullscreen preview with keyboard navigation (arrows, Escape)

Tips

The media library is more efficient than the single album view for bulk actions
Create new albums under 'Gallery' > 'Albums'
Use 'Preview' to see the public gallery
The 'Pending' filter shows only items to approve; reordering only works in 'All'
Lightbox also supports videos (auto-detects by file extension)

Create Album

Organize your photos in albums – e.g., 'Civil Ceremony', 'Party', or 'Guest Photos'. Each album has its own upload, download, and moderation settings.

Upload Photos and Videos

Upload photos and videos as admin to an album. Images are automatically optimized.
