Gallery > Album > Filter 'Pending' or Media Library > Filter 'Pending'
Step by Step
- 1Option A: Go to 'Gallery' > select album > set filter to 'Pending'
- 2Option B: Go to 'Gallery' > 'Media Library' > select album > filter 'Pending'
- 3You see all not yet approved uploads
- 4Per image: Click 'Approve' or 'Reject'
- 5Bulk actions: 'Approve all' or 'Reject all' for the entire filter
- 6Click on an image for lightbox preview (with keyboard navigation)
- 7Approved images appear immediately in the public album
- 8Rejected images can be deleted in bulk ('Delete all rejected')
Tips
- Moderation is faster across albums in the media library
- Lightbox supports arrow keys and Escape
- Rejected images are kept until manually deleted
- You can select images via checkbox and download as ZIP
