Manage Multi-Event
PlanningHave multiple events? Manage civil ceremony, church, and party as separate events – with location linking for automatic RSVP assignment
Where do I find this?
Sidebar > Planning > Events
Step by Step
- 1Click 'Planning' in the sidebar
- 2Select 'Events'
- 3Click 'Add Event'
- 4Enter name, date, start and end time
- 5Optional: Fill in the dress code field
- 6Under 'Location' you can link a location from your Locations section – this is important for automatic RSVP question assignment with token-based invitations
- 7Save the event
- 8In sections (under 'Content') you can assign events – e.g., assign RSVP sections to the matching event
- 9Sections without event assignment apply to all events
Tips
- Events are optional – for simple weddings you don't need them
- Useful when ceremony and party are on different days or locations
- Guests can accept or decline per event
- The location link enables token-based RSVP invitations to automatically show the right questions based on which location/event the guest confirms
- Create your locations under 'Content' first, then link them here with events
- Deleting all events here does not hide the public RSVP checkbox question – that comes from Content > Locations (“Show in RSVP”).
