Where do I find this?
Guests & RSVP > Guest List > Import button in toolbar

Step by Step

  1. 1Go to 'Guests & RSVP' > 'Guest List'
  2. 2Click 'Import' in the toolbar
  3. 3Download the template (Basic or Extended with sample data)
  4. 4Possible columns: Name/First/Last, Email, Group, RSVP status, Plus-one count/names, Children, Phone, RSVP email, Address (various formats), Location IDs, Notes, Language, Guest ID, Token
  5. 5Drag the CSV file into the upload area or click to select
  6. 6Import options: 'Update existing', 'Overwrite RSVP', 'Clear RSVP' (mutually exclusive)
  7. 7Review the preview (20 rows + note about more): valid rows are imported, invalid ones highlighted
  8. 8Click 'Import X guests'
  9. 9Guest export: CSV export via the separate export button in the toolbar

Tips

  • Export from Excel as CSV (UTF-8)
  • The first row should contain column headers
  • German CSVs use semicolons, English ones use commas as separators
  • Invalid rows are highlighted in the preview
  • 'Update existing': Guests with matching email or token are updated instead of duplicated
  • Extended template includes sample data for all columns
