CommunicationRead and reply to messages guests sent through the contact form. Turn email alerts on or off in the Contact section (“Email owner & co-owner”).

Sidebar > Wedding Site > Inbox
Step by Step
- 1Go to 'Wedding Site' > 'Inbox'
- 2Unread messages are highlighted
- 3Click on a message to read the full text
- 4If the guest left an email, you can reply directly
Tips
- Messages come through the contact section on your wedding website
- You receive an email notification for new messages (configurable in the contact section)
- For bulk emails to guests, use the Broadcast feature instead
- Search: Filter by name, email, or message text from 2 characters
- Export: CSV export via the download link
- GDPR notice is expandable at the bottom
