Sidebar > Guests & RSVP > Settings
Step by Step
- 1Go to 'Guests & RSVP' > 'Settings' (3-tab hub: Settings, Questions, Appearance)
- 2Settings tab: Configure decision ('Maybe' option), max people, plus-ones, and children
- 3Standard fields (email, phone, address, notes): Hidden / Optional / Required
- 4Address mode: Single field or split fields (street, zip, city, etc.)
- 5Comment hint: Customize placeholder text for the notes field
- 6Public invite link: Toggle for open RSVP link (without token)
- 7Configure confirmation and notification emails
- 8Questions tab: Add custom questions and reorder via drag & drop
- 9Appearance tab: Video intro presets, text effects, background, reveal animations
- 10Save the settings
Tips
- Fewer required fields = higher response rate
- Email is useful for broadcasts and confirmations
- 'Maybe' as an option helps plan for uncertain guests
- Confirmation emails give guests a receipt of their response
- Video intro and appearance require Standard plan or higher
- The public invite link lets guests respond without a token – great when you don't want to send personalized links

Location Checkboxes in RSVP
