The seating plan has been replaced by the new seating & room planner. There you design floor plans visually, place tables, and assign guests via drag & drop.

Step by Step

  1. 1Go to 'Planning' > 'Seating & Room Planner' (the old seating plan redirects here automatically)
  2. 2Create a floor plan and add tables (round, rectangle, oval, chair row, etc.)
  3. 3Switch to Assign mode and drag guests from the panel onto seats
  4. 4Use seating rules (together/apart) to avoid conflicts
  5. 5Print table cards, place cards, or a poster via the print suite
  6. 6Auto-save is active on the Pro plan

Tips

  • The full room planner with saving requires the Professional plan
  • Free/Basic/Standard can use playground mode to try it out
  • Print suite offers 4 design templates: Classic, Modern, Elegant, Minimal
