Compare plans, upgrade or downgrade your subscription, manage payment methods and invoices via the Stripe customer portal

Sidebar > Settings > Billing

Step by Step

  1. 1Go to 'Settings' > 'Billing'
  2. 2At the top you see your current plan and next payment date
  3. 3Compare the 4 plans in the feature comparison matrix
  4. 4To upgrade: Pick a higher plan and click 'Upgrade' – payment via Stripe
  5. 5To downgrade: Click a lower plan – a confirmation modal shows plan-specific warnings
  6. 6Downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period (scheduled downgrade badge visible)
  7. 7'Manage' button opens the Stripe customer portal: payment methods, invoices, cancellation
  8. 8Referral discount: If eligible and on Free plan, a discount banner is shown

Tips

  • Every new wedding starts with a free 14-day Standard trial
  • Free: 20 photos, 4 themes, budget (2 cat.), tasks (5), gifts (2), AI (3/month), room planner (preview)
  • Basic: Publish website, 100 photos, 6 themes, unlimited gifts, AI (10/month)
  • Standard: 14 themes, unlimited photos/budget/tasks, vendors, analytics, guest uploads, video animations, AI (50/month)
  • Professional: All themes, custom domain, AI (500/month), room planner with saving, broadcast, video intros
  • EU withdrawal right: Can be used once within the period (modal with reason, 15-500 characters)
  • Stripe customer portal: View invoices, change payment method, cancel subscription – all directly on Stripe
  • Trial countdown visible on dashboard and billing page: amber when urgent, blue otherwise
